Our technicians use a powerful cleaner to dissolve gum and varnish in your vehicle's power steering unit. Next we flush old, worn-out, contaminated fluid and install fresh new fluid fortified with special anti-oxidant and anti-wear ingredients to prevent expensive mechanical failure. This service takes approximately 35 minutes to complete.
Grooves are worn into the soft metal of the spool valve housing (above) by hardened seals in the spool valve (below). Metallic debris from such wear accumulates in the fluid causing premature component failure.
